Real job costing, now inside Odoo.
InterAcct has been known for job costing for decades - so we built a Job Costing module for Odoo. Start from an estimate, convert to a budget, then track against actuals to see every variance.
From estimate to actuals, all in one flow
We've connected to every Odoo module we can and added the tables Odoo was missing, so the whole job-costing cycle lives in one place - and the analysis comes to life.
Estimate
Build the job up from costs and expected sell prices, item by item or by cost group.
Convert to Budget
Turn the accepted estimate into the working budget for the job and its phases.
Track Actuals
Record real costs as they land and see variances against budget, live.
Job costing features, the Odoo way
Sub Jobs (Phases)
Connect many jobs to a master job - and in Odoo you can build multiple levels, so you drill down to any depth of analysis. A house might break into Demolition, Site Prep, Foundations, Level 1, Level 2, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing and more.
3 Quotation Formats
Some customers want every line itemised; others just want a grand total. Pick the depth to match the job: Itemised (full detail), Detailed (summarised to cost groups) or Summary (just a total).
Multiple Estimates per Job
Suggest an optional extra without losing the original. Store several estimates against one job, then pick whichever you want when it's time to quote.
Cost Groups
See costs and expected sell price summarised by group. The core six are below - and we can set up more to match how you work.
Bring job costing to your Odoo.
Tell us how you quote and track work, and we'll show you the Job Costing module running on jobs like yours - and what it takes to set up.
