Steps to create Purchase Orders based on the Sales Orders using the Replenish on Order MTO Warehouse Route in Odoo.

These are the steps you will need to setup: Under Inventory in setup, select true for Multi-Step Routes, and Save Then select the Set Warehouse Routes, and select your warehouse. Then select Routes button at the top of the screen. Choose to filter by Archived and UnArchive the "Replenish On Order (MTO)" Option.

Then under your products select the Inventory Tab and choose to use the Replenish On Order (MTO) option. Also make sure you have at least one Vendor under the Purchase Tab under the Product.

Once trick you need to be aware of with the Job Costing, is that you must use the "Itemized" option when creating the Quotation, as if you don't then the program will not use the actual material items on the quotation and will consolidate it the quotation by Estimate or Job.

Then that is it, once you confirm a Sales Order it will generate a Purchase Order.
