Odoo Job Costing by InterAcct - Bundles for Estimate Video

Setting up product bundles is a great way of saving time and getting accurate costings. It makes it so you don't forget items which should be added each time. like Sundries which are often missed.

There are 2 ways that bundles can work for the Odoo Job Costing, one is firstly it could work like Manufacturing, BOMs or Kits where you have setup a standard set of items to make a "widget" and then you can add that to your estimate. Then using the Quantity to Make field this can multiple out to create the estimate.

The other way if ic can be used is more for standard job costing or for construction where you can setup a bundle which is a number of components, and then you could apply a multiplier to import this into your estimate. For example setup a 100m2 Standard Home bundle, and then when adding to an Estimate for a 525m home, you could just enter a 5.25 multiplier to give you your starting point.
