The InterAcct Job Costing can be now used to create and remake manufactured items. This video goes through this new option and shows you the flexibility in the system for that.
You can setup a “Template” product item as a starting point and then when you make products you can create a new product in the database using this template.
The product created uses the Bundle Function, so it means it can be replicated and reused for later estimates as well.
You also have the option to just select to remake an existing item or generate a new Product Code, which is useful for variations.
